At Florkowski Builders, Inc., we work as a team to complete the project on schedule and within our budget.

Florkowski is the liaison between the clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. We provide management and guidance to the on-site project teams through the direction of personnel, contract management, project scheduling, budget control, and cost adherence, as well as overseeing implementation of the company’s Safety and Quality Control Programs in accordance with OSHA standards.

Contract Management

Insure that all subcontractors meet guidelines of their contracts, including lien waivers, bonds, safety policy, and insurance coverage.

Project Management

Write subcontracts, develop and maintain schedules, purchase equipment, review and expedite submittals, and requests for information. Assure that submissions conform to the project specifications.

Procurement of Materials. Forecast delivery needs and arrange timely deliveries of materials.

Budget Control

Cost analysis, prepare budgets, AIA billing, change orders, reconcile purchase orders, etc.

Many facets of the general construction and carpentry are performed by our own forces, allowing better control as far as scheduling, coordination, efficiency, and quality of workmanship.
